Dr. Deborah Sharon S has pursued teaching out of passion and has over 15 years of experience in the field. She is a continuous learner and has received MOOC certificates from NPTEL and Coursera. She teaches general management and HR subjects. Her research interests encompass digital HRM, workforce agility, work engagement, and techno-stress. She has published articles in Scopus and Web of Science journals, demonstrating her interest in research and a commitment to sharing knowledge. She has reviewed articles for reputed journals published by Inderscience, Springer and Emerald in her research journey.
